A ground-up 50,000 square foot tilt-up concrete structure, Carr Lane Manufacturing’s new facility will be their new home in Texas upon their relocation to Elgin.  The site is part of the Elgin Business Park and is part of an effort to grow Elgin’s business district. The manufacturing facility will feature office space designed to support the manufacturing floor, a dedicated part of the building set aside for sublease, an outdoor break area, and a small soccer field.
