AUSTIN TX | 10,500 sf renovation

As the only remaining automobile showroom in downtown Austin, the Owners of the Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships elected to combine the dealerships on their busy west 5th Street property, adding a new showroom and inventory garage.   The new two story garage aligns with the existing garage to utilize the existing on ramps.  With 161 new spaces, the precast garage allows for ADA guest parking and inventory display.  Working closely with the City of Austin, we designed a new fire lane, drop off lane and water quality pond surrounding the new garage while meeting SubChapter E Standards.  Designed to blend with the dealerships, the garage utilizes green screens on 5th and Paul Streets and meets the parameters of the Capitol View Corridors under which it falls.
